Classes change how a Last Stop run begins and which job a player performs best. The official Roblox event CLASSES + MORE! confirms that the system is part of the Beta, while detailed names, prices, starting equipment and level effects currently come from community captures of the class screen. Check the live shop before spending Tickets or Robux, especially after an event or balance update.
The useful comparison is not “highest price wins.” A class should solve a job your run actually has: building, healing, driving, selling, supplying fuel, starting ranged combat, scavenging, moving quickly, surviving at night, or creating allies. A squad benefits when those roles complement one another instead of duplicating the same opening advantage.

The current community directory reports twelve classes, but not every record has equally complete level data. Juggernaut is named and priced in that directory while its current perk and starting-equipment fields remain incomplete. Unknown fields stay unknown here rather than being filled from the class name.
Choose by the first problem you want solved
Carpenter answers early construction, Medic answers recovery, Driver answers travel speed while driving, Coal Miner answers fuel planning, and Policeman answers immediate ranged access. Economy roles pay off over repeated terminals. Movement and night-combat roles can be powerful but make food, healing, or time-of-day management more important.
For a first purchase, compare Level 1 only. Starting items listed under later levels are not automatically cumulative. Ask what the class provides on the next run, whether another player already covers that job, and whether the restriction changes the supplies the squad must carry.
Keep currencies separate
Ticket-priced classes and a Robux-priced offer are different purchase paths. A promo reward reported as Tickets does not reduce a Robux price. In-run cash from selling loot is also separate from the class currency unless the live interface explicitly connects them.
Open the Class Shop guide before spending. Confirm the name, currency, price, current stock or availability, and whether the purchase is permanent. Do not trust an image that omits the date or currency label.
Compare levels without double counting
Read each level as the state used at that level. A Level 3 starting kit should not be added to the Level 1 and Level 2 kits unless the current class screen says the items stack. Record unlock requirements and whether progress persists between runs.
The Class Leveling guide gives a clean way to test one level at a time. Capture the class description before entering, the actual starting inventory after spawning, and the measured effect under the same route conditions.
Build a squad around roles
A practical four-player group can assign driving, healing, building and combat/economy. The driver should actually drive if the benefit is seat-dependent. The builder should receive planned materials instead of competing with the sale pile. The Medic should carry medical supplies that other classes can use, while a Vampire player plans around the reported healing restriction.
Avoid four expensive combat classes if the bus repeatedly fails from fuel or repair. Avoid multiple economy classes when nobody is collecting the supplies needed to reach the next terminal. The best squad is the one whose roles turn loot into forward progress.
Use rankings carefully
The Class Tier List ranks use cases, not permanent power. A class can move between recommendations when the team size, route goal, level, or Beta patch changes. Price is an opportunity cost, not a strength score, and star labels shown in a class interface should not be mistaken for an editorial tier.
Verification boundary
Class-system existence is Official through the Roblox event. Names, prices, perks, restrictions and level kits are Community reported from current class-screen references checked September 18, 2026. Confirm every purchase and numerical perk in the live shop. No claimed price or percentage here should override a newer in-game display.
