There is no safe universal Hospital number to copy. The official Break Into Hospital badge says the Doctor gives an incomplete code, and you must enter the correct code and claim the reward. Current community guides describe a four-digit keypad with three positions known in the current run. Preserve those positions, identify the missing slot, and prepare for a wrong attempt before touching the keypad.
Reach the puzzle prepared
Treat the Hospital as an active stop, not a free menu. Bring a working weapon, healing, inventory space, and enough bus reserve to survive the detour. Current guides report enemies near the Doctor and extra danger after a wrong entry; the exact room contents and event count should be checked in the live server.
Keep one player near the Doctor’s clue while another writes it down. On mobile, use a screenshot if permitted and safe. On desktop, record all four positions with a question mark in the missing slot, such as 01?3. The position matters as much as the visible digits.
Preserve digit order and leading zeroes
Do not reorder the clue into a familiar number. If the Doctor shows zero in the first position, keep it there. A code like 01?3 has ten candidates: 0103 through 0193. It is not equivalent to a three-digit number, and ?013 would be a different clue.
Read the display twice before the first attempt. Confirm whether each symbol is a digit, whether the blank is in the correct position, and whether a leading zero is visible. Ask another player to repeat the clue back. This small check reduces unnecessary alarms or fights.
Plan attempts instead of guessing randomly
Replace only the missing position with digits zero through nine. Mark each tested candidate so the team never repeats one under pressure. Start only when the nearby room is controlled, weapons are loaded, and players know where to retreat if the attempt triggers an event.
Do not try numbers from a video unless that video shows the same clue positions in the same run. Do not paste promo strings from the Codes page; the Hospital keypad and lobby redemption field are unrelated systems.
Respond to a wrong entry
If a wrong attempt triggers an alarm or enemy pressure, stop entering numbers and clear the immediate event. Protect the Doctor and keypad area if the live objective requires it. Reload, heal, confirm the next untested candidate, and only then resume.
Community sources differ on the exact number and structure of possible alarm events. Treat the current server as authoritative. Do not spend every round forcing the puzzle if the bus, team, or ending supplies are already in danger; leaving the Hospital can be better than losing the main run.
Confirm the full badge condition
Opening the door or entering the correct digits may not be the final step. The official badge description includes claimed the reward. After the keypad accepts the code, follow the live prompt, collect the intended reward, and wait for the badge or objective confirmation.
If the door opens but nothing is awarded, check the room for an interaction or reward object and confirm that the player who entered the code can claim it. Do not state that the task is complete until the interface confirms the reward step.
Work with a squad
Assign one player to record the clue, one to operate the keypad, and the others to control the room. Say each candidate aloud before entry and mark it immediately afterward. Keep sale activity and bus departure paused until the puzzle is resolved or abandoned.
In public groups, explain that the clue belongs to the current run. A teammate who enters a remembered number can trigger extra danger. If players disagree about the clue, return to the Doctor or display rather than voting on a favorite number.
Recover from common mistakes
- The clue was not recorded: return to the Doctor or source of the visible digits; do not invent positions.
- A leading zero was dropped: rebuild the four-position clue exactly as shown.
- The same candidate was tried twice: keep a simple 0–9 checklist beside the clue.
- An alarm started: stop keypad input, clear the event, heal, and reload.
- The door opened without a badge: locate and claim the reward named by the objective.
- A promo code was entered: move to the in-run numeric keypad; promo redemption is separate.
Why a fixed answer is misleading
The badge wording deliberately describes incomplete information rather than one public number. Current guides also warn players to read the Doctor’s digits in their own run. A fixed answer can work in a recorded session and still be wrong for yours. The transferable solution is the missing-position method, not the digits themselves.
